Opening Orders

A minimum order of $300 is required on opening orders. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped out.


Reorders

$100 minimum for reorders.


Method of Payment

All major credit cards and checks are all accepted forms of payment. 


Delivery & Shipping

Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.

All garments are proudly made in the Philippines at our small fair trade family factory. Our distribution center is in Massachusetts where your orders will ship from. Delivery arrival times will vary from 2-10 days for domestic U.S. addresses.


Cancellations/Changes to Orders

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to us within 7 days of purchase

If order is cancelled less than 45 days from the start of the delivery window, a fee of 30% of the order will be charged.

No cancellations or changes are accepted without authorization from us.


Damages/Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If there are any disrepancies in color and/or quantities with the packing list, we must be informed immediately.

Please email us at info@shopconrado.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.

Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise (subject to availability.) 

Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after receipt.


Stock

All sales are subject to the availability of merchandise due to our use of deadstock fabric.
